These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website rinkicollection.in (the "Website") and any enquiry or order you place with S.S Jagjit Hosiery, trading as Rinki Collection (proprietor: Sunder Singh Sikka, as stated on our About page) ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Website or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. About the Website

The Website is an online catalogue and business introduction for kids wear (T-shirt and shorts sets, T-shirt and pant sets, shirt sets, suits and baba suits) sold in bulk to retailers, wholesalers and distributors. It is not an online shop: you cannot pay or check out on the Website. Prices, availability, sizes, colours and delivery dates are confirmed by us on call, WhatsApp or in writing. Photographs and colours on screen are indicative; fabric shade and print can differ slightly from the final product.

3. Enquiries and orders

An enquiry, quotation or catalogue listing is an invitation to deal and is not an offer to sell.
An order is binding only when we confirm it in writing (including WhatsApp or email) with the design, quantity, rate, taxes and delivery terms, and, where we ask for it, after receipt of the advance payment.
Our usual terms are a minimum order of 50 sets per design. Other terms are as agreed in the order confirmation.
Contracts formed by electronic communication are valid under Section 10A of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

4. Prices, taxes and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees. Goods and Services Tax and any other applicable tax are charged as per law, and a tax invoice is issued under the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Payment terms (advance, balance, mode of payment) are stated in the order confirmation. We may change prices at any time before an order is confirmed.

5. Delivery

Delivery terms are set out in our Refund, Exchange and Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Website, its design, photographs, 3D models, text, logos and product designs belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written consent. Brand names and logos supplied by a customer for private-label work remain the property of that customer, and the customer confirms that it has the right to use them and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Website: no attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, overload or scrape the Website, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may block access in case of suspected misuse.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

We take care to keep the Website accurate, but it is provided on an "as is" basis and we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of the goods concerned in that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, or limits any right you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Links to other websites

The Website links to services run by others, including WhatsApp and Google Maps. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Orders are governed by the terms in force on the date of the order confirmation.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to settle any dispute amicably by talking to you. If that fails, the courts at Ludhiana, Punjab shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
